The Program

 • 9, hour-long, confidential coaching sessions that build clarity through personal and organizational reflection, turning those insights into action.

 • Scheduled every 1–3 weeks for a total program length of 4–6 months

Optional:

• Opening alignment conversation with board chair or leadership

• Closing reflection conversation
